WhatsApp hybrid gateway
Superseded by the Telegram integration. A Meta Cloud API gateway in front of the in-app AI orchestration for executive lookups, reports, approvals and uploads.
Scope
A WhatsApp gateway in front of the existing in-app AI orchestration, so executives could look up data, pull reports, approve transactions and upload documents without the web app. It introduced three tables (user phone mapping, message log, pending action), an approval UX, a media flow and a security model.

Superseded
This design was replaced the next day by the Telegram integration, chosen for lower friction in the target market. The message-log and pending-action table patterns carried forward; the WhatsApp transport did not.
