What is Marjaan Solutions?
Marjaan Solutions is an AI-first platform that automates the logistics and financial operations of transport companies - trips, fleet, driver settlements, multi-currency cashbooks, invoicing, payables, and double-entry books in one place. Purpose-built for the Djibouti, Ethiopia, Somalia, and Somaliland corridors.
Does it work with our currencies?
Yes. ETB, DJF, USD, and SOS are all supported, among 37 currencies, with an exchange-rate table you control. Invoice in any currency, convert at a rate you set, and settle drivers in the currency they actually work in.
We're a small operation - is this for us?
Yes - the platform is built for micro and small operators first: from one truck to a 500-vehicle fleet. There are no per-seat fees, and if $200/month is more than your operation needs right now, talk to us and we'll tailor a plan to fit.
How does the AI document module work?
Upload or snap invoices, receipts, waybills, and customs papers. Marjaan reads the fields and shows an OCR and confidence score, flags discrepancies for your review, and routes everything through an approval workflow before anything posts to your cashbook or ledger. The AI does the heavy lifting, but a person approves every posting.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Every request is authenticated and scoped to your organisation, and access is enforced server-side by role - CEO, CFO, COO, Sales Manager, or User. Connections use TLS, key authentication and financial actions are written to an audit log, and every write is validated before it runs.
Does the AI post entries on its own?
No. The AI can read a document and propose an entry, but a person approves every ledger effect. Matching a document to a customer, vendor, or invoice is always a human decision, and posted entries are reversed - never edited.
