Access, sign-in and your workspace
How to get in, reset a password, accept an invitation, and the three workspace settings that lock in early.
Signing in
Open the sign-in page and enter the email address and password your workspace was set up with. The page is the same for every role — your role decides which parts of the dashboard you see once you are in.
Sign in → /auth/loginNote
There is no public self-serve sign-up
Workspace access is by invitation. The Sign up link opens the sign-in page, and the workspace owner invites people from Administration → Team. If you need an account, ask your workspace owner.
Forgot your password
- 01
Request the reset link
On the sign-in page choose Forgot password and enter your email address. The system emails a secure reset link.
- 02
Open the link
The link takes you to the update-password page, where you set a new password. Links expire, so use it promptly.
- 03
Sign back in
Return to sign-in with the new password. If the email does not arrive, check spam, then ask your workspace owner to resend.
Note
Changing your password later
There is no password field inside the app. From Administration → Profile choose Send Reset Email to get a fresh reset link.
Accepting an invitation
When the workspace owner invites you, the system checks whether you already have an account.
| If you… | What happens |
|---|---|
| Already have an account | You are added to the workspace immediately as an active member |
| Are new | You receive an invitation email, valid for 7 days, and appear to the owner as Invitation pending |
Open the invitation email and follow the link to complete sign-in. If the invitation expires, the owner can resend or cancel it from Administration → Team.
The three settings that lock in early
Your workspace owner sets these once from Administration → Workspace Settings. Two of them cannot be freely changed later, so decide deliberately.
| Setting | What it does | Can it change later? |
|---|---|---|
| Base currency | Every foreign amount in the books and every report converts to this currency | No — changing is blocked once any journal entry exists |
| Company name | Appears on documents and in the interface | Yes |
| Logo | Shown on generated documents (PNG, JPG, SVG, WEBP, GIF) | Yes |
Watch
Choose the base currency carefully
The base currency is the lens through which every number in the system is expressed. Confirm it before your first posting — after the first journal entry it is locked.
The workspace owner also sets Max Seats (1–100), which caps active members plus pending invitations, and invoice numbering is automatic — a serial produces numbers such as INV-<ORG>-00001 and is not editable.
Your first screen
After sign-in you land on a dashboard tailored to your role. The cards change by role: a CEO sees revenue, cash and fleet; a CFO sees outstanding, overdue and collected; a COO sees trips and utilisation; a sales manager sees invoices and pipeline.
Note
Empty is normal on day one
A new workspace has no data, so dashboard cards read zero. They fill as soon as you complete CH 02 and CH 03 and start posting.
